Have you ever heard of coffee winemaking?

The difference between traditional coffee and specialty coffee is obvious: in the aroma, the brewing process, the flavor... But have you ever delved deeper to better understand terroir?
Have you heard of Le Nez du Café, on the wheel of flavors?
We will discuss all of this as we walk through the farm. We'll talk about the adaptation process, certification and its importance, care for water sources, and environmental education. We have an apiary and we emphasize the importance of bees in pollinating our crops.

And according to the seasonality, we taste seasonal fruits.
Managing the crop throughout the year: pruning, care, different cultivars and their adaptation, weeding, sweeping... terms we use in our coffee-filled world!
During harvest time, you can participate in the hands-on experience with us if you'd like. We'll show you each step!
And on the way back, while you sample products from our label, we'll brew coffees from our terroir and hold a mini-workshop so you can understand coffee defects, screen size, weak brew, strong brew, we'll discuss the brewing process and how much it awakens our senses. We'll answer questions, give tips and exchange ideas!
From seed to cup
We plant, harvest, dry, process, roast, manufacture, and serve specialty coffee!
A light, relaxed, and fun outing!
